The small budget movie “Pelli Choopulu” directed by Tarun Bhasker is running successfully at the box office and receiving lot of applause by the audiences and celebrities because of its unique content, screenplay, direction and performance of its cast. Vijay Devarakonda and Ritu Varma played the lead role. It is also heard that it is going to Bollywood as Salman Khan is planning to grab the Hindi remake rights of the movie and wants to lunch his brother in law, Ayush Sharma in the film industry with this remake. The makers revealed that recently he arranged a meeting with Salman Khan but he was not available, so his brother in law Atul Agnihotri represented him. Its Hindi version might be direct by Tarun. According to producer Raj Kandukuri, noted producer Karan Jojar also invited him and very soon he will meet.
The movie has finally earned $ 898,745 at the USA Box office and inching towards to enter in the club of $1 Million. Taran Adarsh tweeted,” Telugu film Pelli choopulu continues its DREAM RUN in USA… [Week 3] Fri $ 21,986, Sat $ 63,717. Total: $ 898,745 [? 6.01 cr]”. The movie is running successfully in 43 locations across USA.
