Earlier it was reported that Young film maker Nag Ashwin of ‘Yevade Subramanyam’ fame is planning to make biopic on legendary yesteryear actress Savitri. The movie is titled as‘Mahanati’. Earlier it was heard that makers are considering the name of Anuhska, Sonakshi Sinha and Vidya Balan to play the role of Savitri. These are top actresses and their acting skills have received lot of appreciations. But now according to the latest update, it is heard that makers have approached Nithya Menon to play the lead role for this biopic. Currently everything is in talk stage. If everything will go accordingly, the upcoming drama will go on the floor very soon.
Currently the movie is in pre-production stage and makers are not ready to reveal much about the movie. According to them, after the finalization of remaining casts and crews, they will make official announcement.
