The historic and war drama “Baahubali” was released on 10th July 2015 in a very grand manner and it crushed various pre existing records and emerged as highest grosser of Tollywood. The movie has won several awards for the VFX work, supporting casts and technicians but Rebel star Prabhas who was dedicated to Baahubali and spent 3 years, did not receive any award.
Finally there is a good news for the movie lovers and Prabhas’s fans, Santosham awards for 2016 has been announced that Prabhas is nominated for Best Actor of 2015 for the movie Baahubali.
From last year SS Rajamouli’s directorial venture Baahubali has been fetching awards only to its talented technicians whereas Superstar Mahesh Babu is winning award in the category of best actor for the movie Srimanthudu and Allu Arjun for Rudhramadevi. Rana Daggubati also won awards for the role of villain at several award events. But now it is time of Prabhas, to get the award.
